Purpose The purpose of the proposed rule change is to amend Rule 4611, entitled ‘‘Nasdaq Market Center Participant Registration’’ to relocate 4611(d), pertaining to Sponsored Access, to a new Rule 4615, entitled ‘‘Sponsored Participants,’’ and adopt rule text similar to other exchanges.3 The Exchange does not believe that this proposed rule change will impact market participants currently accessing the System pursuant to Rule 4611.
