Meeting.
AGENCY:
ACTION:
The U.S. Naval Academy
Board of Visitors will meet to make such
inquiry, as the Board shall deem
necessary, into the state of morale and
discipline, the curriculum, instruction,
physical equipment, fiscal affairs, and
academic methods of the Naval
Academy. The executive session of this
meeting from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
on March 2, 2015, will address new,
pending, administrative and minor
disciplinary infractions and non-judicial
punishments involving the Midshipmen
attending the U.S. Naval Academy to
include, but not limited to, individual
honor or conduct violations within the
Brigade, the disclosure of which would
constitute a clearly unwarranted
invasion of personal privacy. For this
reason, the executive session of this
meeting will be closed to the public.
DATES: The open session of the meeting
will be held on March 2, 2015, from
8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The executive
session held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00
p.m. will be the closed portion of the
meeting.
SUMMARY:
The meeting will be held at
the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis,
MD. The meeting will be handicapped
accessible.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This
notice of meeting is provided per the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, as
amended (5 U.S.C. App.). The executive
session of the meeting from 11:00 a.m.
to 12:00 p.m. on March 2, 2015, will
consist of discussions of law
enforcement investigations into
allegations of criminal activity, new,
pending, administrative and minor
disciplinary infractions and nonjudicial
punishments involving Midshipmen
attending the Naval Academy to
include, but not limited to, individual
honor or conduct violations within the
Brigade and personnel issues. The
discussion of such information cannot
be adequately segregated from other
topics, which precludes opening the
executive session of this meeting to the

public. Accordingly, the Chairman of
the U.S. Naval Academy Board of
Visitors has determined in writing that

the public because the discussions
during the executive session from 11:00
a.m. to 12:00 p.m. will be concerned
with matters protected from public
hearing by sections 552b(c)(5), (6), and
(7) of title 5, United States Code.

Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA) (44 U.S.C.
3506(c)(2)(A)), provides the general
public and Federal agencies with an
opportunity to comment on proposed,
revised, and continuing collections of
information. This helps the Department
assess the impact of its information
collection requirements and minimize
the public’s reporting burden. It also
helps the public understand the
Department’s information collection
requirements and provide the requested
data in the desired format. ED is
soliciting comments on the proposed
information collection request (ICR) that
is described below. The Department of
Education is especially interested in
public comment addressing the
following issues: (1) Is this collection
necessary to the proper functions of the
Department; (2) will this information be
processed and used in a timely manner;
(3) is the estimate of burden accurate;
(4) how might the Department enhance
the quality, utility, and clarity of the
information to be collected; and (5) how
might the Department minimize the

information will be used by ED to
update Lender Identification Numbers
(LID’s), lender names, addresses with 9
digit zip codes, and other pertinent
information.
