has issued a Final Initial Determination
and Recommended Determination on
Remedy and Bonding in the abovecaptioned investigation. The
Commission is soliciting comments on
public interest issues raised by the
recommended relief, specifically a
limited exclusion order against certain
soft-edged trampolines and components
thereof imported by respondent Vuly
Trampolines Pty. Ltd. of Brisbane,
Australia. This notice is soliciting
public interest comments from the
public only. Parties are to file public

that such articles should not be excluded
from entry.

further development of the record on
the public interest in this investigation.

interest in light of the administrative
law judge’s Recommended

18, 2014. Comments should address
