OTEA is issuing this notice pursuant to 15 CFR 325.6(b), which requires the Department of Commerce to publish a summary of the certificate in the Federal Register. ACTION: Notice of Issuance of an Export Trade Certificate of Review to

SUMMARY: The Secretary of Commerce, through the International Trade 
Administration, Office of Trade and Economic Analysis (OTEA), issued an 
amended Export Trade Certificate of Review (``Certificate'') to 
Northwest Fruit Exporters on August 22, 2014. The previous amendment 
was issued on August 13, 2013 (78 FR 53727).
