On September 3, 2014, the
Department of Justice lodged a proposed
consent decree with the United States
District Court for the Northern District
of California in the lawsuit entitled
United States v. Costco Wholesale
Corporation, Civil Action No. 3:14-cv3989.
The United States filed this lawsuit
under the Clean Air Act. The United
