AGENCY: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received and is considering approval of six amendment requests. The amendment requests are for Fermi 2; Beaver Valley Power Station, Units 1 and 2; Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant; South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2; Hope Creek Generating Station and Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1 and 2; South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2; and Wolf Creek Generating Station. For each amendment request, the NRC proposes to determine that they involve no significant hazards consideration. In addition, each amendment request contains sensitive unclassified nonsafeguards information (SUNSI). DATES: Comments must be filed by October 9, 2014. A request for a hearing must be filed by November 10, 2014. Any potential party as defined in § 2.4 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), who believes access to SUNSI is necessary to respond to this notice must request document access by September 19, 2014.
