Preliminary Results of Review We preliminarily determine that, for the period June 1, 2012, through May 31, 2013, the following dumping margin exists for a certain entry for SMI: Company Rate (percent) Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd. 107.80 Disclosure and Public Comment The Department intends to disclose to parties to the proceeding any calculations performed in connection with these preliminary results within five days after the date of publication of this notice.2 Pursuant to 19 CFR 351.309(c), interested parties may submit case briefs within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice. the Preliminary Results on the record of this segment of the 
proceeding. As there are no changes from, or comments upon, the
