AGENCY: Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on May 6, 2014, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Silicon Laboratories Inc. of Austin, Texas. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain silicon tuners and products containing same, including television tuners, by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,137,372 (‘‘the ’372 patent’’) and U.S. Patent No. 6,233,441 (‘‘the ’441 patent’’). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a general exclusion order and/or limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders. SUMMARY: The subject five-year reviews were initiated in March 2014 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on HEDP from China and India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. On June 2, 2014, the Department of Commerce published notice that it was revoking the orders effective June 2, 2014, because ‘‘the domestic interested parties did not participate in these sunset reviews.’’ (79 FR 31301). SUMMARY:  The subject five-year reviews were initiated in March 2014 to
