(Field trip on August 28). Managers’ reports of field office activities will be given at each meeting. The Council may raise other topics at the meetings. This survey was executed at the request of the U.S. Forest Service. 2. The Supplemental Plat of the following described lands was officially filed at the BLM Nevada State Office, Reno, Nevada on March 4, 2014: The supplemental plat, in 1 sheet, showing the subdivision of former lots 7 and 16, section 19, Township 19 South, Range 62 East, of the Mount Diablo Meridian, Nevada, under Group No. 933, was accepted March 4, 2014. Determination

    On the basis of the record \1\ developed in the subject five-year 
reviews, the United States International Trade Commission (Commission) 
determines, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 
U.S.C. 1675(c)), that revocation of the countervailing duty order and 
the antidumping duty on circular welded carbon quality steel line pipe 
from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of 
material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably 
foreseeable time.\2\
