Federal Register / Vol. 79, No. 79 / Thursday, April 24, 2014 / Notices
February 7, 2014, the parties resubmitted the public version of the
settlement agreement. On the same day,
OUII wrote a letter to the Secretary to
the Commission, withdrawing its
opposition.
After considering the joint motion,
and the settlement agreement, the
Commission agrees that the joint motion
to terminate is in the interest of the
public, and complies with the
requirements of Commission rule
210.21(b). The Commission has
therefore determined to grant the
motion to terminate the investigation on
the basis of a settlement agreement and
to dismiss the motion for sanctions. The
Commission has further determined to
dismiss as moot the private parties’
motions for leave to file a reply and to
file a surreply and to not accept for
filing any submissions not previously
accepted given that the case has been
mooted by settlement. The investigation
is hereby terminated.
The authority for the Commission’s
determination is contained in section
337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as
amended (19 U.S.C. 1337), and in Part
210 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (19 CFR Part
210).
Issued: April 18, 2014.
By order of the Commission.
Lisa R. Barton,
Acting Secretary to the Commission.
