Notice of application. AGENCY: ACTION: The Office of Fossil Energy (FE) of the Department of Energy (DOE) gives notice of receipt of an application (Application) filed on October 11, 2013, by Magnolia LNG, LLC (Magnolia), requesting long-term, multi-contract authorization to export liquefied natural gas (LNG) produced from domestic sources in a volume equivalent to approximately 394.2 billion cubic feet per year (Bcf/yr) of natural gas, or 1.08 Bcf per day (Bcf/d).
