ACTION: Notice of Application (99-7A005) to amend the Export Trade 
Certificate of Review held by California Almond Export Association, LLC 
(``CAEA'').

SUMMARY: The Office of Trade and Economic Analysis (``OTEA'') of the 
International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce, has 
received an application to amend an Export Trade Certificate of Review 
(``Certificate''). This notice summarizes the proposed amendment and 
requests comments relevant to whether the amended Certificate should be 
issued.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Title III of the Export Trading Company Act 
of 1982 (15 U.S.C. 4001-21) (``the Act'') authorizes the Secretary of 
Commerce to issue Export Trade Certificates of Review. The regulations 
implementing Title III are found at 15 CFR part 325 (2014).
    OTEA is issuing this notice pursuant to 15 CFR 325.6(b), which 
requires the Secretary of Commerce to publish a summary of the 
application in the Federal Register. Under 15 CFR 325.6(a), interested 
parties may, within twenty days after the date of this notice, submit 
written comments to the Secretary on the application.
