NASDAQ will accept subscriptions to the service immediately; however, it will not assess the monthly subscription fee until the service is offered in October 2013. NASDAQ will begin assessing the installation fee immediately, but waive the fee for all subscriptions received by August 15, 2013.3 The text of the proposed rule change is below.
