It includes the collection of data from parents, teachers, school administrators, and nonparental care providers, as well as direct child assessments. Regulations for Section 8002 of the Impact Aid Program are found at 34 CFR part 222, subpart B, however these regulations have recently been superceded by Section 563 of the National Defense Authorization Act, signed January 2, 2013.
