This helps the Department assess the impact of its information collection requirements and minimize the public’s reporting burden. Such grants are awarded to non-profit organizations on the basis of competitively reviewed applications submitted to FIPSE under its Comprehensive and Special Focus Competition Program grant competitions. This collection includes a final performance report for use with all of the following Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) programs: Comprehensive(84.116B), European Union-United States (84.116J), USBrazil (84.116M), North America (84.116N), and US-Russia (84.116S). Also included is a final performance report for Congressionally-directed grants (earmarks)(84.116Z). We request clearance of one annual report for the Comprehensive program (84.116B).
