Iroquois’ proposed project will allow Iroquois to establish a new receipt interconnection with Constitution and create an incremental 650,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) of primary firm transmission capacity from that new point of interconnection with Constitution to interconnections with Iroquois’ mainline system as well as Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC. The new capacity will be leased to Constitution under a long-term capacity lease, to be operated as part of Constitution’s FERC-jurisdictional natural gas pipeline system and subject to the service terms of Constitution’s FERC gas tariff.
