The Exchange believes that meeting the commitments established during the pilot program demonstrates that the Exchange has mechanisms that protect the independence of the Exchange’s regulatory responsibility with respect to DE Route, as well as demonstrates that DE Route cannot use any information that it may have because of its affiliation with the Exchange to its advantage.
