AGENCY: In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (Privacy Act), 5 U.S.C. 552a, the Chief Operating Officer for Federal Student Aid (FSA) of the Department of Education (Department) publishes this notice proposing to add a new system of records entitled ‘‘School Participation Division Complaints Tracking System (SPD–CTS)’’ (18–11–19). DATES: Submit your comments on this proposed new system of records on or before March 25, 2013. The Department has filed a report describing the new system of records covered by this notice with the Chair of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, the Chair of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and the Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on February 19, 2013.
