SUMMARY: Pursuant to section 751(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as 
amended, and 19 CFR 351.216 and 351.221(c)(3), the Department of 
Commerce is initiating a changed circumstances review of the 
antidumping duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from the 
People's Republic of China with respect to Husqvarna (Hebei) Co., Ltd.
