Membership in this group research project remains open, and PERF intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership. On February 10, 1986, PERF filed its original notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. To develop and implement a FAAP, a Federal contractor must receive written approval from the Director of the OFCCP.
