demand occupation for unemployed
eligible veterans between the ages of 35
and 60 as determined by the DOL and
VA. The program is to serve up to
45,000 veterans in fiscal year 2012 and
up to 54,000 veterans from October 1,
2012, through March 31, 2014. The Act

linking applicants to the VA
Application for VA Educational Benefits
approved under OMB Control Number
2900–0154.

information collection, unless it is
approved by the OMB under the PRA
and displays a currently valid OMB
Control Number. In addition,
notwithstanding any other provisions of
law, no person shall generally be subject
to penalty for failing to comply with a
collection of information if the
collection of information does not
display a valid Control Number. See 5
CFR 1320.5(a) and 1320.6. The DOL
obtains OMB approval for this
information collection under Control
Number 1205–0491. The current
