2012, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange,
Inc. (‘‘CME’’) filed with the Securities
and Exchange Commission
(‘‘Commission’’) the proposed rule
changes described in Items I and II,
below, which Items have been prepared
primarily by CME. The Commission is
publishing this Notice and Order to
solicit comments on the proposed rule
