All grantees, where applicable, shall administer such survey once every two years and report survey results to the Secretary.’’ The first cohort of students to be surveyed will be the Foreign Language and Area Studies fellows and the Institute for International Public Policy fellows. The survey will be expanded to other grantees in subsequent years. This is a longitudinal survey that will be conducted every two years for a total of eight years for each cohort.
