OSHA is proposing to decrease its existing burden hour estimate from 67 hours to 54 hours, for a total decrease of 13 hours. Based on new data from the National Agricultural Statistics Service, the Agency decreased the number of migrant workers from 135,830 to 109,760 workers. Additionally, based upon this new data, the Agency decreased the number of ‘‘incidents of notifiable diseases’’ from 833 cases to 673. The Agency will summarize any comments submitted in response to this notice and will include this summary in its request to OMB for approval. Web site. All submissions, including copyrighted material, are 
available for inspection
