SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: As described by the applicant the intended service of the vessel TRE GATTI is: INTENDED COMMERCIAL USE OF VESSEL: ‘‘Our focus will be small groups of 3 to 6 people that would like an introduction to sailing on Puget Sound. These charters will be 4 to 8 hours and begin and end at the marina in Shilshoal. Sometimes we may provide longer charters in order to take people to the San Juan Islands for 3 to 4 days.
