Background
On May 27, 2011, the Department of
Commerce (‘‘the Department’’)
published in the Federal Register a
notice of initiation of an administrative
review of the antidumping duty order
on frontseating service valves from the
People’s Republic of China for the

2011.1 On December 13, 2011, the
Department extended the deadline for
the preliminary results by 90 days, to

if it determines it is not practicable to
complete the review within the

We determine that completion of the

of the Act, we are extending the time
limit for completion of the preliminary
results of this administrative review by
30 additional days, until April 29, 2012.
However, because April 29, 2012, falls
on a weekend, the preliminary results
