To facilitate the timely preparation of the service list(s), it is requested that those seeking recognition as interested parties to a proceeding contact the Department in writing within 10 days of the publication of the Notice of Initiation. The Department rejected a rebuttal brief from the respondent, Navneet Publications (India) Limited (‘‘Navneet’’), due to untimely filed new factual information and received a revised brief on December 23, 2011.4 Additional time is required by the Department in order to analyze and evaluate all of the issues raised by the parties based on the final version of the brief recently submitted on the record of this proceeding. Accordingly, the Department is extending the time limit for the final results by 30 days. The final results are now due no later than March 5, 2012. Background

    On October 28, 2010, the Department of Commerce (``the

Extension of Time Limit of the Final Results

    Section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``the 
Act''), requires the Department to issue the final results of a review
