SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. 552a, provides that
the public will be given a 30-day period
in which to comment on a revised
routine use. The Office of Management
and Budget (OMB), which has oversight
responsibility under the Act, requires a
40-day period in which to review the
revision. In accordance with 5 U.S.C.
552a, Peace Corps has provided a report
on this system to OMB and the
Congress. Peace Corps is publishing
changes which affect the public’s right
or need to know.

the provisions of the Government in the
Sunshine Act, Public Law 94–409, that
the Securities and Exchange
Commission will hold a Closed Meeting
on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 1:15
p.m.
Commissioners, Counsel to the
Commissioners, the Secretary to the
Commission, and recording secretaries
will attend the Closed Meeting. Certain
staff members who have an interest in

I. Self-Regulatory Organization’s
Statement of the Terms of Substance of
the Proposed Rule Change
The Exchange proposes to amend the
fee schedule applicable to Members 5
and non-members of the Exchange
pursuant to BATS Rules 15.1(a) and (c).
While changes to the fee schedule
pursuant to this proposal will be
effective upon filing, the changes will
become operative on December 1, 2011.

principal office of the Exchange, and at

Pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the
‘‘Act’’) 1 and Rule 19b–4 thereunder,2
notice is hereby given that on November
30, 2011, BATS Exchange, Inc. (the
‘‘Exchange’’ or ‘‘BATS’’) filed with the
Securities and Exchange Commission
(‘‘Commission’’) the proposed rule
change as described in Items I, II, and
III below, which Items have been
prepared by the Exchange. The
Exchange has designated the proposed
rule change as one establishing or
changing a member due, fee, or other
