Notices of negative determinations were published in the Federal Register and on the Department’s Web site, as required by Section 221 of the Act (19 U.S.C. 2271).     In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended 
(19 U.S.C. 2273) (Act) the Department of Labor (Department) herein 
presents summaries of negative determinations on reconsideration
