USCIS uses the information on Form N–600 to make a determination that the citizenship eligibility requirements and conditions are met by the applicant. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: 57,000 responses at 1.6 hours (1 hour and 36 minutes) per response. (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: 91,200 annual burden hours.
