At the request of the State Agency, the
Department reviewed the certification
for workers of the subject firm. The
workers are engaged in the production
of component parts for the automotive
industry.
The review shows that on December
10, 2008, a certification of eligibility to
apply for adjustment assistance was
issued for all workers of Dana Holding
Corporation, Structural Solutions
Group, including on-site workers from
Career Personnel, Longview, Texas,
separated from employment on or after
October 29, 2007 through December 10,
2010 (TA–W–64,310). The notice was

In order to avoid an overlap in worker
group coverage concerning the workers

amending the February 10, 2010 impact
