SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Commission has received a complaint filed on behalf of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC on June 28, 2011. The complaint names as respondent Apple Inc. of Cupertino, CA. The complainant, proposed respondents, other interested parties, and members of the public are invited to file comments, not to exceed five pages in length, on any public interest issues raised by the complaint.
