United States and Bristol Metals, Slip

Trade May 26, 2011) (SeAH III)
(affirming the Department’s Final
Results of Redetermination Pursuant to
Remand, Court No. 09–00248, dated

the decision of the United States Court
of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
(CAFC) in Timken Co. v. United States,
