SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Respondents use the Notice of Alleged
Safety or Health Hazards, Form OSHA–
7, to report unhealthful and/or unsafe
conditions in the workplace to the
OSHA. OSHAct section 8(f)(1)
authorizes employee reports. The OSHA
uses this information to evaluate the
alleged hazards and to schedule an
inspection.
This information collection is subject
to the PRA. A Federal agency generally
cannot conduct or sponsor a collection
of information, and the public is
generally not required to respond to an
information collection, unless it is
currently approved by the OMB under
the PRA and displays a currently valid
OMB Control Number. In addition,
notwithstanding any other provisions of
law, no person shall generally be subject
to penalty for failing to comply with a
collection of information if the
collection of information does not
display a currently valid OMB control
number. See 5 CFR 1320.5(a) and
1320.6. The DOL obtains OMB approval
for this information collection under
OMB Control Number 1218–0064. The
current OMB approval is scheduled to
expire on March 31, 2011; however, it
should be noted that information
collections submitted to the OMB
receive a month-to-month extension
while they undergo review. For
additional information, see the related
notice published in the Federal Register
on January 13, 2011 (76 FR 2417).
Interested parties are encouraged to
send comments to the OMB, Office of
Information and Regulatory Affairs at

section within 30 days of publication of

consideration, comments should

eligibility to apply for Trade Adjustment
Assistance (TAA) applicable to workers
and former workers of Wausau Daily
Herald, Advertising Production
Division, a subsidiary of Gannett Co.,
Inc., Wausau, Wisconsin (subject firm).
The determination was issued on
February 11, 2011. The Department’s
Notice of Determination will soon be
published in the Federal Register. The
workers produce newspaper
advertisements.
The negative determination was based
