(``Act''), 19 U.S.C. 2273, the Department of Labor issued a 
Certification of Eligibility to Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance 
on September 10, 2010, applicable to workers and former workers of 
Pitney Bowes, Inc., Mailing Solutions Management Division, Engineering 
Quality Assurance, Shelton, Connecticut. The Department's Notice was 
published in the Federal Register on September 23, 2010 (75 FR 57981). 
The certification was amended on January 3, 2011 to include teleworkers 
located through the United States. The Department's Notice of amended
