The subject five-year review
was initiated in November 2010 to
determine whether revocation of the
antidumping duty order on superalloy
degassed chromium from Japan would
be likely to lead to continuation or
recurrence of material injury. On
December 22, 2010, the Department of
Commerce published notice that it was
revoking the order effective December
22, 2010, because ‘‘no domestic
interested party responded to the notice
of initiation of the sunset review by the
applicable deadline.’’ (75 FR 80457).
Accordingly, pursuant to section 751(c)
of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C.

for the incidence and prevalence of

facilities as required under the Prison
Rape Elimination Act of 2003 (Pub. L.
108–79).
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: It is estimated that 1,281
respondents will complete each
summary form within 60 minutes and
each substantiated incident form (as
needed, we estimate about 1,100 forms
will be completed) in 15 minutes.
