SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
I. Abstract
To ensure accurate reporting of
Government-owned, contractor-held
property on the financial statements and
to provide information necessary for
effective property management, NASA
obtains summary data annually from the
official Government property records
maintained by its contractors, on the
NASA Form 1018, as of the end of the
fiscal year.
II. Method of Collection
Contractors are only required to
transcribe summary information from
the records they maintain on the NASA
Form 1018. Beginning with reporting for
FY 1999, NASA implemented the NF
1018 Electronic Submission System
(NESS), a Web-based system, for NF
1018 reporting.

1256.28 and that the proper safeguards
will be made to protect the information.

paper-to-paper copiers at the National
Archives at the College Park facility.

The ACRS Subcommittee on Planning
and Procedures will hold a meeting on
February 9, 2011, Room T–2B3, 11545

The entire meeting will be open to
public attendance, with the exception of
a portion that may be closed pursuant
to 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(2) and (6) to discuss
organizational and personnel matters
that relate solely to the internal
personnel rules and practices of the
ACRS, and information the release of
which would constitute a clearly
unwarranted invasion of personal
privacy.
The agenda for the subject meeting
shall be as follows:

The Subcommittee will discuss
proposed ACRS activities and related
matters. The Subcommittee will gather
information, analyze relevant issues and
