Department reviewed the certification
for workers of the subject firm.
New findings show that worker
separations occurred during the relevant
time period at the Clinton, Missouri
location of Apria Healthcare, Customer
Service Department. The Clinton,
Missouri location provided data entry
services in the Customer Service
Department.
Accordingly, the Department is
amending the certification to include
workers of the Clinton, Missouri
location of Apria Healthcare, Customer
Service Department.
