SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The listed
concession authorization will expire by
its terms on or before December 31,
2010. The National Park Service has
determined that the proposed 1-year
extension is necessary in order to avoid

Storage, LLC of Newport Beach,
California (‘‘DNS’’). 75 FR 71736 (Nov.
24, 2010). The complaint alleged
violations of section 337 of the Tariff
Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) in the
importation into the United States, the
sale for importation, and the sale within
the United States after importation of
certain data storage products and
components thereof by reason of
infringement of claims 1–8 of United
States Patent No. 6,098,128. The
complaint named several entities as
respondents.
On December 15, 2010, DNS filed an
unopposed motion to terminate the
investigation in its entirety based on
withdrawal of the complaint. On
December 20, 2010, the Commission
investigative attorney filed a response in
support of the motion to terminate the
investigation.
On December 22, 2010, the ALJ issued
the subject ID (Order No. 9) terminating
the investigation. None of the parties
petitioned for review of the ID. The
Commission has determined not to
review the ID. Accordingly, this
investigation is terminated.

determined not to review the subject ID.

The subject five-year reviews
were initiated in October 2010 to
determine whether revocation of the
antidumping duty order on imports of
porcelain-on-steel cooking ware from
Taiwan and the antidumping and
countervailing duty orders on imports of
top-of-the-stove stainless steel cooking
ware from Korea would be likely to lead
to continuation or recurrence of material
