SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
Patient Protection Notice is used by
health plan sponsors and issuers to
notify certain individuals of their right
to (1) choose a primary care provider or
a pediatrician when a plan or issuer
requires participants or subscribers to
designate a primary care physician; or
(2) obtain obstetrical or gynecological
care without prior authorization.
This information collection is subject
to the PRA. A Federal agency generally
cannot conduct or sponsor a collection
of information, and the public is
generally not required to respond to an
information collection, unless it is
currently approved by the OMB under
the PRA and displays a currently valid
OMB Control Number. In addition,
notwithstanding any other provisions of
law, no person shall generally be subject
to penalty for failing to comply with a
collection of information if the
collection of information does not
display a currently valid OMB control
number. See 5 CFR 1320.5(a) and
1320.6. The DOL obtains OMB approval

1926.701(c)(2) to reduce exposure of
non-essential employees to the hazards
of post-tensioning operations.
Paragraphs 29 CFR 1926.702(a)(2), (j)(1),
and (j)(2) are general lockout/tagout
measures to protect workers from injury
associated with equipment and
machinery. Paragraph 29 CFR
1926.703(a)(2) requires employers make
