countervailing duty order on certain hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-
quality steel products from Brazil for the period January 1, 2008,
through December 31, 2008. See Certain Hot-Rolled Flat-Rolled Carbon
Quality Steel Products From Brazil: Preliminary Results of

Extension of Time Limit for Final Results

Pursuant to section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as
amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(h)(1), the Department shall issue
final results in an administrative review of a countervailing duty
order within 120 days after the date on which notice of the preliminary
results was published in the Federal Register. However, if the
Department determines that it is not practicable to complete the review
within the time limit, section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act and 19 CFR
