Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
for response actions taken related to
Operable Unit 1 (OU1) of the Sprague
Electric Company Superfund
Alternative Site (Site), located in
Longwood, Seminole County, Florida,
together with the accrued interest; and
(b) performance of the remedial design
and the remedial action for OU1
consistent with the National
Contingency Plan, 40 CFR part 300 (as
amended). The parties have reached a
proposed settlement that requires
GAFRI (a) to reimburse the United
States for all past and future incurred
costs relating to OU1 and (b) to
undertake all OU1 response work for the
Site.
The Department of Justice will receive
for a period of thirty (30) days from the
date of this publication comments
relating to the proposed consent decree.

AGENCY:
The Department of Labor, as
part of its continuing effort to reduce
paperwork and respondent burden
conducts a preclearance consultation
program to provide the general public
and Federal agencies with an
opportunity to comment on proposed
and/or continuing collections of
information in accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(PRA95) [44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A)]. This
program helps to ensure that requested
data can be provided in the desired
format, reporting burden (time and
financial resources) is minimized,
collection instruments are clearly
understood, and the impact of collection
requirements on respondents can be
properly assessed. Currently, the
Employment and Training
Administration is soliciting comments
concerning the collection of data for
state petitions to add areas to the Labor
Surplus Areas List. The expiration date
is March 30, 2011.
A copy of the proposed information
collection request (ICR) can be obtained
