The notice was amended on July 14,
2010 to include on-site leased workers
from Beeline. The notice was published
in the Federal Register on July 26, 2010
(75 FR 43557).
At the request of the State agency, the
Department reviewed the certification
for workers of the subject firm. The
workers are engaged in activities related
to medical bill processing services.
New information shows that workers
leased from Rose International, Aerotek,
Professional Staffing Services, Vantage
Staffing, Volt Services Group, Adecco,
Synergy Services Corp., and PDS
Technical Services, Inc. were employed
on-site at the Aurora, Illinois and
Syracuse, New York locations of
Hartford Financial Services Group,
Incorporated, Medical Bill Processing
and Production Center Support. The
Department has determined that these
workers were sufficiently under the
