ACTION: Under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the Government in the Sunshine Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and 41 CFR 102–3.150, the Department of Defense announces that the Air University Board of Visitors’ meeting will take place on Monday, November 15th, 2010, from 12:15 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesday, November 16th, 2010, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Air University Commander’s Conference Room located in building 800. On August 28, 2008 South Carolina Electric & Gas Company, licensee for the Saluda Hydroelectric Project, filed an Application for a New License pursuant to the Federal Power Act (FPA) and the Commission’s regulations thereunder. The Saluda Hydroelectric Project is on the Saluda River in Richland, Lexington, Saluda, and Newberry counties, South Carolina. The license for Project No. 516 was issued for a period ending August 31, 2010. Section 15(a)(1) of the FPA, 16 U.S.C. 808(a)(1), requires the Commission, at the expiration of a license term, to issue from year-to-year an annual license to the then licensee under the terms and conditions of the prior license until a new license is issued, or the project is otherwise disposed of as provided in section 15 or any other applicable section of the FPA. If the project is subject to section 15 of the FPA, notice is hereby given that an annual license for Project No. 516 is issued to the South Carolina Electric & Gas Company for a period effective September 1, 2010 through August 31, 2011, or until the issuance of a new license for the project or other disposition under the FPA, whichever comes first.
