    All workers of Chrysler, LLC, Detroit Axle Plant, including on-
site leased workers from Caravan Knight Facilities Management LLC, 
and Syncreon, Detroit, Michigan, who became totally or partially 
separated from employment on or after December 8, 2007, through 
January 12, 2011, are eligible to apply for adjustment assistance
