ACTION: Notice of Meeting of Joint
CFTC–SEC Advisory Committee on
Emerging Regulatory Issues.
AGENCY:
The Joint CFTC–SEC
Advisory Committee on Emerging
Regulatory Issues will hold a public
meeting on August 11, 2010, from 9 a.m.
to 1 p.m., at the CFTC’s Washington, DC
headquarters. At the meeting, the
committee will continue its examination
of the market events of May 6, 2010.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
August 11, 2010 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Members of the public who wish to
submit written statements in connection
with the meeting should submit them by
August 10, 2010.
ADDRESSES: The meeting will take place
in the first floor hearing room at the
CFTC’s headquarters, Three Lafayette
Centre, 1155 21st Street, NW.,
Washington, DC 20581.
