The workers are engaged in activities related to information technology (IT) services. New information shows that a worker separation has occurred involving an employee under the control of the Schaumburg, Illinois location of Experian, Global Technology Services, a subsidiary of Experian, working off-site in New York. This employee provided various activities related to the supply of information technology (IT) services. Based on these findings, the Department is amending this certification to include an employee of the Schaumburg, Illinois facility of the subject firm working off-site in New York. The intent of the Department’s certification is to include all workers of the subject firm who were adversely affected by a shift in information technology (IT) services to Chile and Costa Rica. The workers are engaged in the production of flow measurement devices and automatic meter reading equipment. The company reports that workers leased from Seek and Manpower were employed on-site at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin location of Badger Meter, Inc. The Department has determined that these workers were sufficiently under the control of the subject firm to be considered leased workers. Based on these findings, the Department is amending this certification to include workers leased from Seek and Manpower working onsite at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin location of Badger Meter, Inc.
