workers of Senco Brands, Inc., fka Senco
Products, Inc., including the on-site
leased workers of Manpower, Inc., and
Express Personnel Services, Cincinnati,
Ohio. The notice was published in the
Federal Register on January 25, 2010

At the request of the State Agency, the
Department reviewed the certification

The review shows that on February
25, 2008, a certification of eligibility to
apply for adjustment assistance was
issued for all workers of La-Z-Boy
Greensboro, Inc., North Wilkesboro,
North Carolina, separated from
employment on or after October 29,
2007 through February 25, 2010. The
notice was published in the Federal
Register on March 11, 2008 (73 FR
13017).
In order to avoid an overlap in worker
group coverage, the Department is
amending the January 8, 2009 impact
date established for TA–W–73,319, to
read February 26, 2010. The amended
notice applicable to TA–W–73,319 is
hereby issued as follows:
All workers of Senco Brands, Inc., fka
Senco Products, Inc., including the on-site
leased workers of Manpower, Inc., Express
Personnel Services, and Commercial
Construction Management and Resources
(CCMR), Cincinnati, Ohio, who became
totally or partially separated from

in the group threatened with total or partial
