VerDate Nov<24>2008 Correction SUMMARY: The EPA is announcing three public hearings to be held for the proposed rule, ‘‘Reconsideration of the 2008 National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Ozone,’’ which was signed on January 6, 2010, and will be published in an upcoming Federal Register. The hearings will be held concurrently in Arlington, Virginia, and Houston, Texas, on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, and in Sacramento, California, on Thursday, February 4, 2010. In the proposed rule, EPA proposes to set different primary and secondary standards than those set in 2008 to provide requisite protection of public health and welfare, respectively.
