However, the Commission determined to conduct full reviews concerning the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel wire rod from Japan, Spain, and Taiwan to promote administrative efficiency in light of its decision to conduct full reviews with respect to the antidumping duty orders concerning stainless steel wire rod from Italy and Korea. ACTION: Notice of Commission determination to conduct full five-year 
reviews concerning the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel wire 
rod from Italy, Japan, Korea, Spain, and Taiwan.
